Our Instructors
Liz Bustle
Owner & Lead Instructor
While dancing professionally in Los Angeles and NYC, Liz discovered that fitness was not only a necessity, but a joy. Teaching at multiple boutique fitness locations on both coasts quickly morphed from a side hustle beginning in 2015 to a passion-filled career path moving forward.
That path also brought Liz and her husband back to their home state of Ohio. While continuing to teach at internationally renowned fitness studios, Liz decided that as fabulous as Columbus is, it needs more dance! And so, the dream of Studio Glow was made into a reality.
Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
