  • Barre

    This is an athletic style of barre. For those that crave that good, deep burn and working for that tremble that leaves you feeling like a million bucks. By utilizing light weights (think 2, 3, and 5 lbs.), pilates balls, bands, and of course, the barre, we’ll focus on muscular endurance and strength as we move to the beat of the music. There is nothing like an incredible barre workout and here at SG, our class will keep you pulsing, burning, and probably laughing all the way through to the end.

    TLDR: just bring water, optional grippy socks, and get ready to WORK.

  • Trampoline Cardio

    Let’s do this thing! And by thing we mean an incredible, low-impact, high-intensity, sweaty workout that will challenge your stabilizing muscles, larger muscle groups, and cardiovascular threshold. And bonus, trampoline cardio can lead to increased lymph fluid circulation, which helps boost your immune system. We’ll alternate between learning “routines” (think dancing on a trampoline!) and strengthening upper and lower body, and finish with some abs. You got this.

    TLDR: bring your sneakers, water, and get ready to SWEAT.

  • Dance Cardio

    No dance experience? Tons of dance experience? You’re in the right place. Either way, get ready for one of the best full body cardio classes you’ve had while the time flies by. We’ll work the first half of class learning 3 short and repeatable “routines” with the second half devoted to flowing from one aerobic groove to the next. Don’t worry, we’ll devote some time to toning our lower bodies and abdominals as well.

    TLDR: bring your sneakers, water, and get ready to GROOVE.

  • Intro to Trampoline

    Walking into a new space for a brand new workout can certainly be intimidating, especially with our creepy stairs, but we’ve got your back. If you’re a newcomer (or just want to go back to basics!) then join us for Intro to Trampoline where we’ll break down safe technique, take routines at a slower tempo, provide lots of options and modifications.

    Please arrive no less than 10 minutes before the beginning of class to chat and get a run down of all the good stuff coming your way!

  • Hard Core Barre

    Time to get in, glow, and go! This class will give you the burn you know and love from barre, but with extra love for your trunk: abdominals, obliques, back, and pelvic floor. In 40 minutes we’ll warm up, work through some full-body work that demands core strength and stability throughout, and cool down. You’ll head into your day with a stronger center, better posture, and endorphin boost! Open to all fitness levels.

  • Sad Girl Songs Stretch

    Time to get stretchy and get in our feelings. Meet up with us on the final Sunday of every month at 5pm for a bit of gentle movement and lots of delicious recovery time. 45 minutes of Sad Girl goodness - think Adele, Nina Simone, and Phoebe Bridgers. Wear your coziest clothes and bring your tissues.
